This special OSSC meeting will focus the National Photonics Initiative.  Our special panelists have been the leaders in the NPI and will each provide a short 10 minute presentation on NPI from their perspective which will be followed by an extended 30  minute (plus)interactive question and answer session.  We are encouraging attendees to submit their questions during the registration process and the moderator will organize them by topic, provide them to the panelist in advance and ask them in some sequence during the Q&A session.  Once all the submitted questions have been asked and answered, live questions will be taken from the audience.
