| This month’s meeting features a presentation by Roger Smith and Jason Fucik of the Caltech Optical Observatories (COO). COO serves the Caltech astronomy community in the administration of Palomar Observatory and Caltech participation at Keck Observatory. Caltech's Palomar Observatory is home to the venerable Hale 200-inch Telescope. Keck Observatory is a joint effort of Caltech and the University of California, consisting of twin 10-meter telescopes, Keck I and Keck II.
